Dwight Howard has been sued by a man for assault after he claimed the ex-Lakers player pressured him to have a threesome with a man disguised as a woman – and RadarOnline.com has alleged explicit text exchanges between the 37-year-old athlete and his accuser.

In the lawsuit obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Howard’s Instagram handle and blue check mark can be seen. According to Stephen Harperthe two met on the social media site when the accuser slipped into the basketball star’s DMs with his “secondary Instagram account” on May 29, 2021.
In the lawsuit, filed with shocking allegations, Harper claimed that Howard responded to his Instagram post by texting him the devil emoji. After reportedly sending Howard his cell phone number, Harper claimed their conversation got spicy.
RadarOnline.com has attempted to solicit comment from Howard. He hasn’t responded yet.

“I gotchu papi too what are you into? Do you like freaky s—?” read a text from Harper, to which Howard reportedly replied, “Yeah I like freaky s—. Now I want you to know I’m not gay or anything. I’m just mean sometimes. I want to insult you.”
In the alleged screenshots attached to the lawsuit, Harper responded, “Yes and I understand sexy, we’ve grown, I’m not offended at all.”

Later that day, Howard reportedly asked Harper, “You got some c-shots lol.” When his accuser replied, “I don’t. I can make you some personal ones,” he claimed the NBA star wrote back, “I just want to see you [eggplant emoji].”

On July 19, Howard reportedly texted Harper that he was “thinking about that meat,” and later reportedly told him, “I want it.” When Harper asked “when,” the baller is said to have persuaded the man to come to his house.
When Harper asked who was in Howard’s residence, Dwight reportedly replied, “No one my son in. His bed” and instructed Stephen that he “should leave before everyone wakes up,” according to text messages presented in court.

Harper included an alleged Uber receipt that he says proves he got a ride to Howard’s house.
The receipt showed that after Harper replied that he was “on his way,” Howard allegedly asked him, “You want an amount of 3.”
When asked who the trio would be with, the athlete’s alleged answer was “a guy” or “a girl”, but revealed that they “can’t come until after 4”.
The alleged Uber receipt showed that Harper ordered his ride at 1:21 a.m. on July 19. It is approximately one hour and 40 minutes from the listed pick-up and drop-off addresses.

As RadarOnline.com reported, while Harper reportedly told Howard he didn’t want to have a threesome, he claimed a man dressed as a woman named “Kitty” later showed up at the NBA star’s home. Harper claimed he told Howard he wanted to leave, but the NBA player convinced him to stay.
In the lawsuit, Harper alleged that Kitty turned on an adult movie and performed oral sex on Howard before the latter made a move on him.

The prosecution alleged that Howard became angry when he verbally told him “no”. He said he feared they would harm him if he resisted their sexual advances.
“Defendant stood up (towers over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, restrained Mr. Harper, and engaged in non-consensual oral sex with Mr. Harper,” the suit read. “Mr. Harper feared imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while the defendant continued to sexually assault him.

The lawsuit alleged that Howard then demanded that Harper come to the bed. Harper alleged that Kitty performed another sex act with the ex-NBA star while Howard allegedly shoved his penis into Harper’s mouth.
The lawsuit charged Howard with assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment. It is important to note that the athlete has never identified as gay or bisexual and has 5 children with multiple women.
