Levin said of Hannity, “President Trump is 76 years old. If the Justice Department has its way, he will die in federal prison. One of these counts alone constitutes conspiracy to obstruct the course of justice, which carries a sentence of 20 years in prison… Merrick Garland is a mob lawyer. Jack Reed (Smith) is a Soviet-style rogue prosecutor. The Presidential Records Act is not a criminal law. It was never the intention. The Espionage Act of 1917 was passed under Woodrow Wilson, another corrupt president.”
Mark Levin concluded by arguing that this is a document case and there is no crime here.
