“I’d see people come and go with those ski masks that cover your whole face,” said the neighbor. “They would be with girls most of the time.”
The neighbour, who attended primary school with Loran, said he had seen the victim outside Castle Hill Houses at least once in the weeks before his death.
Another Castle Hill neighbor told of the activity in the building after Loran and his family moved out.
“Then I started hearing noises there,” said the neighbor, who asked to remain anonymous. “I heard a dog barking, a little yelling, a lot of slamming doors. I think people just went in there to hang out.”
