A whistleblower who claims to have provided detailed bribery allegations about the Biden family to the FBI has been indicted on eight counts by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The charges include alleged arms trafficking and other schemes involving Iran.
The indictment of Gal Luft, a 57-year-old dual US-Israeli citizen, comes just days after a video obtained by the New York Post shows him laying out his case against the president and his son.
from Luft sensational accusations include allegations that the Biden family received payments from individuals apparently associated with Chinese military intelligence, received large payments from a Chinese-controlled energy company, and that Hunter had an FBI mole alerting the company to potential heat.
That’s what the whistleblower said he had been arrested earlier this year as a means of preventing him from testifying before the House Oversight Committee about the allegations.
Luft reportedly skipped bail in the arrest and remains a fugitive living off the grid.

Among the federal charges he faces are charges of arms trafficking, acting as an unregistered lobbyist for China and conspiracy to override US sanctions against Iran.

Air is also accused recruiting a former senior government official to support policies favorable to China in return for payments to his think tank.
The whistleblower has claimed that the actions taken against him amount to a political hit designed to dissuade him from testifying about the Biden family at all costs.
“I, who voluntarily informed the U.S. government of a potential security breach and of compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the same people I informed — and may have to live on the run for the rest of my life,” he told the New York Post in the video published last week.
Luft’s statements are currently unconfirmed.
Senator Ron Johnson says Gal Luft, who has just been indicted by the DOJ, should be given immunity to testify before Congress about the criminal behavior he witnessed by the Biden family.

Ensuring that an informant can be ‘killed’
Members of the House Oversight Committee last month alleged that the FBI is concerned that an informant involved in the exposure of an alleged “bribery scheme” involving the Biden family could be “killed” if their identities were revealed.
President Biden is at the center of a multimillion-dollar bribery allegation in which he and Hunter Biden were allegedly paid $5 million each by a foreigner.

Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) tweeted her concern that an informant in the investigation could be killed after a committee meeting.
“I just left the meeting for House Oversight. The [FBI] fears that their informant will be killed if they are exposed, based on the information he has put forth about the Biden family,” Paulina wrote.

Luft claims the charges were filed just days before the November midterm elections. If true, the DOJ’s disclosure of the indictment seems suspiciously timed to follow the video release.
Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has said Luft remains a “potential witness” in the Biden bribery investigation despite his fugitive status.
Senator Ron Johnson has pressed for the whistleblower deserves legal protection so he can testify about the allegations against the Biden family.
Now he is literally running for his life. He’s on the run. He’s a key witness,” Johnson said in a recent interview. “He needs to get immunity to testify and tell his story.”
