According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Brim, who is accused of being a senior female member of the 5-9 Brims, said she is “financially responsible only for herself and her son.”
Her attorney said Brim is “currently employed and working full-time Monday through Thursday.” However, he said his client was working as an Instagram “influencer” prior to her arrest.
He said Brim made a living in part from paid club gigs. “She has had a number of offers to travel out of state to ‘host’ parties at clubs and will be well compensated for doing so. To date, she has not been able to consider those offers due to ongoing travel restrictions.”
In addition, she asked for her curfew to be lifted.
“Over the past year we have applied for curfew extension benefits but there have been several last minute offers to work which she has not been able to take up because there was not enough time to seek court approval for a change. of her curfew,” her lawyer wrote.
