Coster’s celebrity-beloved divorce lawyer Laura Wasser had previously fired back at his ex’s request, saying she had to abide by the deal that was clearly written in their prenuptial agreement, which included guidelines about Baumgartner leaving the house if they broke up.
However, Baumgartner argued that she did not have enough money to move with their children. “Kevin wants me to rent a place with no financial plan,” she claimed in a lawsuit. “But we have to think about our three kids. It’s against their best interests to commit to rent they might not be able to afford, especially as that would eventually lead to multiple moves.”
