“Respondent Kevin Costner’s forensic accountant now acknowledges that Kevin’s gross cash flow available for support in calendar year 2022 was $24,518,887, or $2,043,241 per month,” according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
“Kevin dishonestly claims he ‘does the most’ [he] can reasonably do to make a divorce as seamless as possible for our children,” Baumgartner stated in the July 5 filing demanding $217,000 in monthly child support.
“His actions show the exact opposite as he has tried to evict his wife and children from their home, and is now offering to pay child support of $51,940 a month.”

The furious Baumgartner calculates that the $51,000 is less than the $68,000 Dancing with wolves star bags by one of his boarding houses on the huge composition in the posh enclave of Carpinteria.
Without hesitation, Baumgartner demands that she receive the child support “by July 14 at the latest, since the court has ordered Christine to leave the Beach Club Compound by July 31,” the document said.
All-out war broke out in May when Baumgartner beat Costner with divorce papers and refused to move out of the Hidden figures star’s old home within 30 days as directed by the premarital agreement (PMA) until he earned $248,000 in child support.

Baumgartner, 49, initially offered to leave the house by August, but during a July 5 showdown in court Judge of the Santa Barbara Supreme Court Thomas P. Anderle ordered the mother of three, ages 16, 14 and 13, to vamoose by the end of the month.
Baumgartner filed the financial documents in preparation for a July 12 hearing for the crucial temporary child support payments. The battle over the validity of the prenuptial agreements is expected to start in November.
Baumgartner steps up the money fight by also demanding: $350,000 for her white shoe attorney, $150,000 for a forensic accountant to comb through Costner’s massive $400 million fortune.

“While Christine had hoped from the start that this could be an amicable and fair process, even in these early stages Kevin engaged in highly litigious tactics, including the refusal to voluntarily submit critical financial documents, necessitating formal discovery requests and filing a request to evict Christine and the parties’ three children from the marital home without a stabilized financial plan,” Baumgartner’s attorney wrote in the July 5 filing.
“While this action is still in its infancy, Christine has been forced to spend significant amounts of money defending herself, and Kevin is now trying to ensure that she has no funds available to continue to do so.”

Costner and his famous pit bull lawyer Laura Wasser have argued Field of dreams star has $1 million pumped into his ex’s bank account for legal fees as required in the PMA and is willing to pay all expenses to help her move out.
Costner also accused his wife of asking exorbitant child support to allegedly fund her lavish lifestyle, which included shopping and “extensive” plastic surgery.
But Baumgartner accused the Tin cup being the star of a heartless penny pincher bent on throwing her and his three kids out into the street.

“While Kevin has enormous wealth and an extraordinary income, he apparently expects his children to live well below his economic conditions when they are with their mother,” the document said.
“While he lives in his $100,000,000+ beach abode and spends at least $240,000 a month on himself — with the kids about 40% of the time — he thinks his wife and their kids should live on only 20% of that amount . quantity.”
The judge will rule next week.
