Larry King‘widow Shawn has fired back at allegations that she insulted the late TV presenter in his final years – and has accused his close friends of taking advantage of him when he was unwell, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to a bombshell statement filed by Shawn obtained by RadarOnline.com, Larry’s widow said she “vigorously” disputes the allegations made by Larry’s friend Greg Christensen.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Shawn filed a $100 million lawsuit against her former business executives at Blouin & Company last year.
Shawn said the company was hired by her and Larry to manage their finances. However, she said the business executives secretly worked with Larry to hide funds and a bank account from her.
She said they used the secret account to transfer millions of community assets to third parties, including her sister Shannon whom she previously accused of having an affair with Larry.

Larry married Shawn in 1997. The two were on the verge of divorce several times during the relationship. In 2010, they both filed for divorce but reconciled. Larry filed for divorce in 2019, but the case was never finalized before he passed away in 2021.
In her lawsuit, Shawn said the money was wrongly sent to Greg. However, he said that Larry approved of the money sent to him. Greg claimed the money was used to help Larry find his own place after divorcing Shawn and to pay for divorce lawyers.

Greg said Larry told him Shawn was “trying to control every aspect of his life”. He said that after Larry suffered a stroke in 2019, Shawn assaulted and assaulted Larry King in a number of ways, which I personally witnessed when I visited Larry King. Shawn King banned Larry King from living or sleeping in the main house and forced him to live and sleep alone in the back house which was behind their home that Larry King had purchased.

He said: “Shawn King further abused Larry King by restricting the resources the healthcare providers had access to to care for Larry. For example, Shawn King often tried to prevent the caretakers from going into the main house to get things to look after Larry, so if something wasn’t in the back house, the caretakers would have to do their care without or wait until the next time they could. be taken or purchased.

In response, Shawn said she never offended Larry. She said: “After Larry suffered his stroke around 2019, I was actively involved in Larry’s care, which included attending Larry’s many doctor appointments, helping coordinate health care and healthcare professionals for Larry, and spending many days (and often’ sleep at night). ) with Larry during his hospital stay.”

Shawn added: “When Larry was released from hospital following his stroke, I spoke to Larry’s doctors who advised that it would be better for Larry to spend time in our separate guest house to allow Larry to rest and to give caregivers better access. to Larry, who was in a wheelchair.”
Larry’s widow denied that she denied her husband access to his watches, credit cards or bank notes.
