The sober one Brooke Muller was secretly arrested in 2021 after a Texas-sized binge that saw $42,000 taken from her bank account during a drug-induced haze, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Among the cast of characters in Mueller’s roaring Hangover type adventure was a drug dealer with guns, a 16-year-old possible sex trafficking victim, a friend who disappeared with half of the stolen loot, a homeless person who came along for fun and a fed up hotel manager who called 911 to break up the chaos,
RadarOnline.com also obtained shocking photos of the aftermath at the Big Hyatt Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport where Mueller’s belongings – including a tennis racket, makeup and bottles of creams and prescription pills -were found littered in the makeshift drug den – known as Room #223.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife and the mother of his twin sons was placed two years probation after pleading guilty to possession of amphetamine following the frantic multi-day bow that ended shortly after 7am on March 3, 2021.
The shocking experience had an appearance ‘Straight Scared’ effect on the 45-year-old actress who, by all accounts, changed her life and is currently living the “soccer mom” life by taking her sons to and from school and taking them to soccer practice.
“Brooke is a survivor; she really rises like a phoenix from the ashes of a troubled past. Brooke has committed herself to being the best person and parent she can be,” her rep said Steve Honey told RadarOnline.com.
“She takes care of herself and her children and tries to live a positive, productive and healthy life,” Honig added.
Her current life is a far cry from what officers of the Department of Public Security (DPS) when they responded to the luxury hotel after an employee reported a room vandalized “with a flooded toilet and drugs inside.”
“I saw that the room was very messy,” an officer wrote in his report, later learning that the room had been ransacked because Mueller couldn’t find her Valium. “I saw several bags that appeared to be open with the contents removed. I saw multiple prescription bottles, loose pills on the floor, and syringes.
The officer soon noticed that the polite and cooperative Mueller was under the influence.
“Mueller was everywhere and it looked like he was on some drug‘ said the officer. “Mueller said she had used meth two days ago and hadn’t slept in two days.”
Mueller told police she flew to the Dallas area to hang out with a friend, but after an argument, she retreated to the Omni Dallas Hotel. There she called a male friend from LA who quickly flew to Dallas to keep her company. She also called her mother and begged for help entering rehab.
“[The friend] met her at the Omni Dallas Hotel where they were both constantly using drugs,” the report stated.
The male friend introduced Mueller to a local “drug dealer” and later hooked up with a “homeless” man known for his ability to score “better s—,” the report said.
From there, Mueller told officers she had no real recollection of the day’s events — except that her male friend and drug dealer allegedly managed to steal $42,000 from her bank account with the help of Zelle.
Somehow, Mueller ended up at the Grand Hyatt where she invited the alleged drug dealer into her room.
“Mueller said she couldn’t remember what he was doing while she was in the room,” the report said. “She remembered he brought crack cocaine, and some unfamiliar multicolored pills (ecstasy) that he tried to get her to buy.”
Mueller was released from jail two days later after posting $1,000 bail. Mueller ultimately pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor charge of amphetamine possession on December 13, 2021.
“You were placed under community supervision on December 13, 2021 for a period of 2 years as an alternative to incarceration for the offense of (possession) by the Honorable Mike Thomas in Criminal District Court #4, Tarrant County, Texas,” the sentencing document reads.

The “deferred ruling” requires Mueller to complete 160 hours of community service, submit to random drug screens and “avoid persons and places of notorious or harmful nature,” the documents show.
She faces two years in prison and a $10,000 fine if she violates her probation, which ends in December.
Mueller and Sheen married in 2008 and their twin brothers Max and Bob, now 14, were born the following year. The anger management star submitted for divorce in November 2010 and was completed in May 2011.
